What It Means for You and Your Child

We are delighted to share our refreshed strategic plan, Stronger Together: The Second Chapter, which sets the direction for Minerva Learning Trust through to 2030.

As a Trust, our role is to provide school improvement and business support services to your child’s school. Every decision we make and every action we take is designed to positively impact the quality of education and support your child experiences every day. As key stakeholders, it’s important to us that you understand what we are doing, why we are making these decisions, and how they will benefit you and your child.

Our strategy is built around eight key plans that set out our vision and priorities for the next five years: One overarching strategic plan, Stronger Together: The Second Chapter, which outlines our priorities leading up to 2030 and seven detailed sub-strategies focusing on our core areas: Education, People, Digital, Estates, Sustainability, Safeguarding, and Growth.
