I have been an Assistant Headteacher at HGCSC for nine years leading on Curriculum and more recently, Personal Development. Before this role I was Head of Health and Social Care at HGCSC, and prior to this I was Head of Health and Wellbeing (PE, HSC and Food) at Abbeydale Grange School. I went to King Ecgbert School in Sheffield studying A-level Biology, Chemistry, Sport, German, Physics and General Studies. I studied PE and Sport Studies (with Psychology) at York St John University and completed my QTS in PE at Sheffield Hallam University. I am passionate about leading holistic education; providing opportunities for all pupils, regardless of background, to achieve qualifications and develop the character required to drive their individual success.
