My career in education started as a teaching assistant, progressing to classroom teacher and subject leader, where I developed a passion for working with students with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds. I quickly became known for my innovative teaching methods and ability to inspire my students to achieve their goals. I was also, a member of the senior leadership team for part of my teaching career. I moved from teaching to a role in safeguarding and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and now to the role of Pastoral Team Leader. I work tirelessly to provide opportunities for all young people to succeed.
